We visited Busch Gardens on Tues 15th August 2017. There were 6 of us my husband, myself, my 2 sons and their girlfriends. My eldest son who is 26 has cystic fibrosis and was finding it difficult walking in the Florida heat and so we rented a wheelchair for him. The staff were so helpful they also allowed my son and ourselves to go in the quick queue line where they gave him a 'time sheet' where he could return at a given time to ride should there be a long wait. None of us were expected to wait in long lines with him and we were told to go to the exit of the rides, Cheetah Run and Cobra to name a couple where a member of staff opened a gate to an elevator so we could access the rides easily. I was so impressed with the attitude of your staff and also the way you treat people with disabilities- not judging just helping wherever possible. Well done and thank you.
