14 Nov 2019

1. Busch Gardens has more rollercoasters than any other park in Florida

If you’re a thrill-seeker then Busch Gardens is the perfect park for you. Home to nine incredible rollercoasters (with a 10th already being built for next year!) it has more than any other park in Florida. If you love heights, then you’ll want to be sat front row on SheiKra when she hangs you at 200 ft over a 90° drop – yikes! If speed is more your thing, how about going from 0 to 60 mph in a matter of seconds? Cheetah Hunt will launch you into a wild race around the park. If you like the unpredictable, then you’ll want to head for Cobra’s Curse – a coaster where no two rides are the same!

2. Busch Gardens has a NEW rollercoaster opening in spring 2020

Iron Gwazi, North America’s tallest, and the world’s fastest and steepest hybrid coaster will take thrills to new heights. The new coaster will plunge riders from a 206 ft tall peak into a 91° drop and will reach top speeds of 76 mph. Riders will experience a dozen airtime moments, including three inversions, as they sink their teeth into crocodile-inspired thrill.

3.  The animal experiences included with your ticket

Busch Gardens is home to more than 200 species of animals and there are some unbelievable experiences that you can have with them when you visit. How about observing veterinarians as they treat or even operate on an animal? This unique experience is available at the Animal Care Center. Head to Animal Connections and meet flamingos, sloths, snakes and aardvarks. Climb aboard the Serengeti Express Train where you’ll enjoy breath-taking views of free-roaming zebra, rhinos, antelope, ostrich and giraffe on the Serengeti Plain.

4. Our rides are record-breaking!

If you want to tick some record-breaking rides off your coaster list – then you must head to Busch Gardens. Strap yourself into Florida’s tallest launch coaster, Tigris, and prepare yourself for an intense ride. Brave North America’s tallest free-standing drop tower, Falcon’s Fury, which plunges you face-down towards the ground. If you want to ride a classic, how about Montu, which features the first Immelmann loop in the world.

5. There is a FREE Bus to and from Busch Gardens

The Busch Gardens Shuttle Express is a free service for anyone buying a Busch Gardens ticket. The bus picks guests up from SeaWorld, as well as various other locations in Orlando and Kissimmee, and drops them off at Busch Gardens. Reservations are a must, and these can be made by calling 1-800-221-1339.
